I had a leg surgery and was referred here by Dr Rajiv Shah and I recived utmost care and physio treatment here. As my doctor before said that my swelling would remain for 6 months but after 20 days of physiotherpay under Dr Dhara my swelling went way.This place has the best staff and doctor . I was suffering from foot and heel pain from last eight month . I had gone to Dr. Dhara parekh at orthofit Mumbai for the treament of "Morten's neuroma",which is very painful & rather difficult to treat. Effective foot orthotics & restoration of the natural biomechanics of the foot is the mainstay of the treatment.I am very happy that i was treated by Dr. Dhara. her approch to understaning disturbance in the biomechanics is amazing. The Doctor's dignosis at "TRUCURE",was very accurate, identifying plantar fasciitis & also the problems i face in my knees, hip & lower back. Okay,so after almost 30 years of my lifetime, I came to know that I had this thingcalled "Accessory Navicular Bone" in my foot.which has been there since birth.I had sever pain accompanies with gradual alleviation of strenth.At some point was so bad that, I lost the confidence of walking down a step. મારૂ નામ હર્ષાબેન છે. મારી ઉમર ૫૮ વર્ષ છે. મને છેલ્લા ૧૦ મહિનાથી પાની માં ખુબજ દૂ:ખાવો થતો હતો અને ચાલવામાં પણ ખુબજ તકલીફ પડતી હતી. ઘરની બહાર પણ ક્યાંય જઈ શકતી ન હતી ઘરમાં જ જેમ તેમ ચાલતી હતી. ડો. ધરબેન ની સારવાર થી મને ખુબજ ફરક પડ્યો છે અને હવે હું ખુબજ સારી રીતે ચાલી શકું છું. તેમના કહેવા પ્રમાણે બૂટ માં કરેક્શન મારે હમેશા માટે પહેરવા પડશે પણ તેનાથી હવે મને ખુબજ રાહત છે. તેમની સાર3વાર મે ૩ મહિના લીધી પણ હવે ખુબજ રાહત છે. હું ડૉ ધારાબેન નો ખુબજ આભાર વ્યક્ત કરુ છું.

હું ડો. ભવાનભાઈ શિહોરા , ઉમર ૭૦ વર્ષની છે. મને ડાબા ઘુંટણની નીચેના હાડકાનું કોમ્પ્લેક્સ્ ફેક્ચર હતું. જેને ઓર્થોપેડિક ડોકટોરોએ Bone Graft મૂકી, પ્લેટ અને સ્ક્રૂ મારી રીપેર કર્યું હતું. પાંચ અઠવાડિયાના બેડ રેસ્ટ પછી ડો. ધારા પારેખની સારવારથી હું stick વગર ચાલતો થઈ ગયો, કાર ચલાવતો થઈ ગયો અને મારૂ ક્લિનિક પણ ચાલુ થઈ ગયું. હું stick વગરચાલી શકું છું, પલાઠીવાળી શકું છું. વજ્રાસન , સિદ્ધાસન અને પદ્માસન પણ કરી શકું છુ. આ બધુ શક્ય બન્યું છે માત્ર ડો. ધારાબેનની સારવારથી. હું તેણીનો ખૂબ આભારી છુ જેણે મને બિલકુલ નોર્મલ લાઇફ આપી દીધી છે.
